Allowing Nature to Take the Driver’s Seat

Nature really knows what it is doing. Look around for the answer. Look at ants as they show you how nature works. They do a great job. An ant has a role to play in the overall scheme of things. Each ant knows what their job is. There is no need to tell them what needed to be done. Ants don’t suffer from midlife crisis or question if they are doing the right thing. Crisis in life is something humans have to dodge every day in their lives. During the time when life was simpler, we knew what we have to do. Our modern lives have made things complicated. Of course, we can debate this to no end. We may ask why Eve did that thing she wasn’t supposed to do. We are in this rut because we refused to listen to nature any more.

As we go along, we can apply this idea to various facets of life. Let’s take a closer look of our health. Our bodies work on its own without any direct supervision coming from us. Our ability to breathe is completely independent and something we need not to tell the body to do so. We can see nature is working that way. Our attempt to dictate things with our body, but failed big time.

Our attempts to dictate our bodies, we have become unhealthier. It is a mystery since medicine is supposed to be better today than in the past. Many of us are dying young. The thing is preventable death or diseases are on the rise like obesity. We are now facing a problem why we aren’t able to solve these health challenges. Nature has been neglected and it is something that we have to look at. As we try to take over our bodies, nature is getting waylaid on the side. Perhaps, we need to take a look back and find out the link between mind and body. The things we do to our bodies may not be the right thing to do and we need to figure things out. As we see today, the results are far from desirable.

We are now letting ourselves override nature and it is something that has a profound negative impact to our health. Our bodies are no longer having a say in the health of our bodies. We go on a diet, not because it is good for the body, but because they sound a nice idea. This could be the reason why we always fail in our fitness goals. We sometimes neglect our health to the point it run a lot of risks. The body will tell you if it is getting enough.

The best answer is to do nothing. Let nature take the wheel and don’t do anything. Nature will tell you if the body needs something like weight loss cleanse.
